OnePloy may allow you to connect servers or cloud accounts supplied by third parties.

Examples may include infrastructure from providers such as DigitalOcean, Hostinger, Vultr, or compatible VPS providers.

When using connected infrastructure:

6. Applications and Templates

OnePloy may provide templates or deployment options for third-party software.

Third-party software remains subject to its respective:

  • Licence
  • Terms
  • Privacy policy
  • Usage restrictions

Providing a deployment template does not imply ownership, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by the software vendor unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for verifying whether your use complies with applicable software licences.

You retain rights to content and data that you lawfully upload or deploy through OnePloy.

You grant OnePloy the limited rights reasonably required to:

  • May be unsuitable for a particular purpose

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.

Cancellation stops future renewals but ordinarily does not reverse already completed charges unless required by law or permitted under our Refund Policy.

13. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for taxes legally applicable to your purchase, except taxes based on OnePloy’s income.

14. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

  • Security events
  • Third-party outages
  • Force majeure events

Unless a specific written Service Level Agreement states otherwise, OnePloy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

16. Maintenance

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Where practical, we may provide advance notice for maintenance likely to create significant service disruption.

17. Backups

Backup availability depends on the product or configuration purchased.

Unless a plan expressly states that OnePloy provides managed backups, you are responsible for maintaining backups appropriate to your workload.

Even where backup features exist, customers should maintain independent copies of important data.

We may terminate access for material or repeated violations of these Terms.

After termination, data may be deleted according to the applicable retention schedule.

You are responsible for exporting required data before cancellation where possible.

  • Website content

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of OnePloy intellectual property to you.

22. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, you permit us to use them to improve OnePloy without an obligation to compensate you.

23. Third-Party Services

OnePloy depends on third-party services.

We are not responsible for failures caused solely by third parties outside our reasonable control.

Third-party services remain subject to their respective agreements.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePloy is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • Every service will be uninterrupted
  • Every application will be compatible
  • All software will be error-free
  • Data loss can never occur
  • Every deployment will succeed
  • A particular business result will be achieved

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnePloy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data.
