This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when payments made to OnePloy may be refunded, credited, or considered non-refundable.
Because many OnePloy services involve immediate provisioning of computing resources, infrastructure, software, domains, or third-party services, not every purchase can be reversed after it has been provisioned.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
You may cancel an eligible OnePloy subscription at any time through available account controls or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing after the current billing period.
Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
You may continue using the eligible service until the end of the already-paid period unless:
If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact us at:
Include:
We may request additional information to verify the transaction.
A refund will generally be considered where:
Verified duplicate charges will normally be refunded to the original payment method.
Hosting and infrastructure services may begin provisioning immediately after payment.
Once server resources, applications, databases, storage, domains, licences, or third-party services have been provisioned, the corresponding fees may become non-refundable.
This is because OnePloy or its suppliers may already have incurred costs associated with provisioning those resources.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
Annual plans provide service for the purchased annual term.
If you cancel, automatic renewal will stop.
Refund eligibility for an annual subscription depends on:
If you intend to offer a formal 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day money-back guarantee, add the exact duration here before publishing. Do not advertise such a guarantee elsewhere until the same rule appears in this policy.
Charges for provisioned VPS or cloud resources may be non-refundable once the infrastructure has been created or consumed.
This can include:
If the infrastructure comes from a third-party provider, that provider’s refund rules may also apply.
OnePloy does not control refunds for infrastructure purchased directly from third-party providers.
For example, if you connect infrastructure purchased from another provider, charges paid directly to that provider must be disputed or refunded through the provider itself.
Cancelling OnePloy does not automatically cancel:
You remain responsible for cancelling those services directly where appropriate.
Domain registrations are generally final once successfully registered because registration occurs through external registries or registrars.
Accordingly, domain registration fees are ordinarily non-refundable.
This also applies to:
If a domain registration fails and no domain is registered, the applicable registration payment may be refunded or credited.
Fees paid for third-party products that OnePloy has already purchased, provisioned, or activated on your behalf may be non-refundable.
Examples may include:
Usage-based charges are generally non-refundable after consumption.
These may include charges associated with:
Purchased or promotional platform credits may be subject to:
Unless legally required otherwise, promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Unused purchased credits may be treated according to the conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Discounts, coupons, promotional prices, launch offers, and special plans remain subject to this Refund Policy unless different terms were clearly disclosed before purchase.
Refund amounts, where applicable, will not exceed the amount actually paid.
If OnePloy offers lifetime, perpetual, or one-time-payment plans, any applicable refund window will be disclosed at checkout.
After that period, lifetime-plan payments are normally final unless:
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the relevant service or product offering and does not mean the lifetime of an individual customer.
Refunds for migration work depend on whether work has begun.
Where a migration has already been substantially performed, migration-service fees may be non-refundable.
If OnePloy is unable to perform a paid migration before work begins, an appropriate refund or credit may be offered.
Setup, configuration, consulting, development, or professional service fees may become non-refundable once work has begun.
Customers whose services are suspended or terminated because of:
are generally not entitled to refunds for the affected period, subject to applicable law.
Temporary downtime does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.
If a specific product includes a written Service Level Agreement, any service credits will be calculated according to that agreement.
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact OnePloy so we have an opportunity to investigate the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
This does not limit a customer’s lawful rights to dispute genuinely unauthorised transactions.
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.
Processing time depends on:
After OnePloy approves and submits a refund, banking networks may require additional time before funds become visible.
Where payments involve currency conversion, the amount ultimately received may differ because of:
OnePloy is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed independently by banks or payment providers.
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes rights available to you under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Where local law provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights will apply.
